It was so cool to be able to look at my average BG from the last 7, 14, or 30 days and see how often I was in range (70-180 mg/dL); it was 78% of the time. It also offered recommendations for changing basal rates based on patterns of lows during certain time periods. I occasionally have lows in the night that cause me to have to get up and correct them and this software pinpointed exactly what time period I was having this issue so that I could properly adjust my basal rate. I could never pinpoint the time that it kept happening because I was usually half awake when I'd get up and then later it was just a small dot somewhere between 12 am and 6 am.
I know I'm really late to the party on this but as a MAC user I've never been able to see this. I'm hoping to use this to keep a tighter control on my numbers and to help avoid as many lows and highs.
